This full-time role involves coordinating field activities, implementing quality assurance measures, and supporting seed production projects. The ideal candidate has an agriculture technician qualification, agricultural expertise, and strong communication skills. Applicants should be fluent in Italian and have intermediate English. Flexibility and readiness to travel are essential.

KWS Italia S.p.A.is looking for aField Production Technician for their cereals unit activities based inForlì and Piacenza . This position isfull-timeandunlimited .

What you can expect in this role:

• Coordination and supervision of field activities and the seasonal workers during the growing phases of the crops.
• Implement new production techniques
• Implement high quality assurance measures
• Area responsibility for a dedicated production region
• Support all activities related the sugar beet seed
  production (nurseries included), cereals and other
  projects
• Ensure production stability on a high marketable level
  (germination and purity)
• Apply continuous improvement techniques
• Seed production results on stable level for yield
  and high-quality
• Implementation of good production techniques and
  new technologies
