Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development in a fast-paced financial services environment.
• Experience leading Client Relationship Representatives teams.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Permanent contract via an Employer of Record (EOR).
• Bonus based on individual and collective performance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Client Relationship Representatives team.
