We are looking for Porter to join our Front Desk team and help provide impeccable and remarkable service to our guests. The ideal candidate will embody Reschio values, uphold our high standards, and foster a collaborative and harmonious work environment. It is an opportunity to grow professionally in a luxury hospitality setting where attention to detail and personalized service are paramount. You gain valuable skills in guest service and operations while contributing to a seamless and welcoming guest experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Handle the sorting and transportation of guests' luggage upon arrival and departure, including tagging and providing claim checks to guests.
  • Deliver messages and items directly to guest rooms, following instructions from the Front Desk / Concierge.
  • Perform errands for guests as requested by the Front Desk.
  • Manage guest car parking, ensuring safety and order according to company procedures.
  • Regularly monitor common areas, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and meet our high standards.
  • Support the gardening team with specific tasks, such as cleaning active fireplaces and raking gravel in the courtyard.
  • Assist with event setups as needed.
  • Maintain professional and ethical relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Use materials and equipment responsibly and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Apply the knowledge and skills acquired during training to daily tasks.
