Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.

Within the Group Executive Compensation team we are looking for a Executive Compensation Professional Expert. The unit Group Executive Compensation defines and develops Group reward strategy, processes and systems, with particular focus on Group Executive population, ensuring alignment with market practices and compliance with law and regulatory requirements.

  • Define and develop Group Executives (GMC&GLG) compensation strategy and incentives system (based on short & long term performance criteria) in line with Generali People Strategy priorities
  • Prepare the documentation to support the effective implementation of the remuneration governance process (Remuneration Committee, Risk and Control Committee, Board of Directors, AGM)
  • Ensure that compensation policy is compliant with regulatory requirements, ensure monitoring of market trends and support active dialogue with investor and proxy advisors
  • Coordinate global HR compensation processes (e.g. salary review for Executives, Group STI, goal setting, Group LTI allocation & execution), reporting outcomes and recommendations to Board and Committees as appropriate

Must have

  • 5 / 7 years experience in Executive Compensation / Reward
  • Preferred background in insurance / financial sector
