In this role, you provide high-level, strategic administrative support, helping to reduce the workload of day-to-day operational activities and optimizing the CEO’s time.

Responsibilities :
  • Supporting Executive Management in strategic, conceptual, and operational tasks
  • Preparing presentations and decision‑making documents for Executive Management
  • Designing and implementing your own projects in an environment related to IT Consulting
  • Preparing and following up on meetings, as well as handling organizational tasks such as preparing customer events and conferences
  • Providing content‑related support in discussions on corporate development and strategy
Requirements :
  • University degree in economics or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage but not a requirement
  • High level of personal motivation and excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and independent working style
  • Resilience, flexibility, and a strong customer‑oriented mindset
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills and the ability to set priorities effectively, even under a high workload
  • Fluency in German, Italian, and English
  • Willingness to travel
