Event Creator - UK and Ireland Community

At WeMeet by WeRoad, we believe the most amazing things happen when people come together. ✨

As a WeMeet Event Creator, you’ll turn the things you love into unforgettable plans in your city — experiences to share with lots of new people. Yoga & brunch, outdoor adventures, food tastings, creative workshops… you’ll bring the WeRoad spirit to everyday life in your city, joining our global community of Event Creators and spreading our passion for connecting people, cultures and stories.

🌍 Where?

We’re looking for Event Creators all over UK and Ireland, but also to create our English communities across Europe, starting with our key cities: London, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Oxford and Dublin.

Not in these cities? Go for it anyway — if you’ve got the energy to connect people, WeMeet wants to be there.

💫 What you’ll do

You’ll design and host your own WeMeet events, from concept to execution, aligned with our event categories:

• Nature & Outdoors (urban walks, hikes, kayaking…)
• Culture (concerts, museums, local events…)
• Creative Workshops (cooking, pottery, photography…)
• Sports (volleyball, cycling, climbing…)
• Yoga & Wellness (yoga & lunch, pilates & brunch…)
• Food & Wine (tastings, food tours…)

You’ll manage everything through the WeMeet Platform — your space to plan, publish, and track all your events.

But above all, you’ll spread the WeMeet vibe, helping your WeMeeters connect, laugh, and create real memories together.

• 💸 No commissions — 100% of your event income is yours
• 🌍 Join a vibrant community of local creators and community leaders
• 🏅 Option to join the Event Rewards Program: You can earn up to €3,000 per year through our milestone-based reward program: the more attendees you gather across your events, the more payouts you unlock. Starting with just 20 attendees, you’ll receive your first €150 reward, and as you reach higher milestones (50, 100, 250 and beyond) you’ll unlock new payouts, up to a total of €3,000 per year.
• Plus extra incentives when your event guests become WeRoad travellers using your referral code.

🚀 How it works

1. Submit your application online, and (optionally) add a short 1‑minute video telling us why WeMeet excites you and why you’d love to join.

2. Vibe check: if we feel a match, we’ll invite you to a WeMeet webinar to get to know each other better.

3. Account activation + onboarding, so you have everything ready to start.

4. Upload your first event idea to the platform and develop it together with your Event Specialist.

Your first event will mark the start of your WeMeet journey. ✨

You might already be part of the WeRoad world — a Travel Coordinator, WeRoader, or WeMeet participant — but we’re also open to new talent: passionate individuals or professionals who share our mission.
