Ultima Markets Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and lead its EU region from scratch. You will craft market entry strategies, establish key partnerships, and assemble high-performance sales teams to drive revenue.

This role rewards results with an uncapped commission structure and full autonomy. You will collaborate with marketing on localized content and engage with trading communities to accelerate growth across Italian-speaking markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in sales or business development, capable of acquiring and converting clients.
• Strong execution, self-discipline, and ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for long-term relationships and high-frequency partner interactions.
• Good command of English and Italian for business communication; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with Introducing Brokers, Affiliates, trading communities, and KOLs.
• Drive regional growth by improving first-time deposits and net deposits as core metrics.
• Own the full BD lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing, and post-deal maintenance.
• Manage client and partner relationships to increase engagement, retention, and contribution.
