Job summary

Eightcap seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Italian market. You will build strategic partnerships, expand the IB and Affiliate network, and acquire high-value traders in a fast-paced trading environment.

Reporting to Head of Partners, Europe, you’ll leverage an established Italian network, manage multiple partnerships, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver revenue targets while representing Eightcap with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the online trading industry across Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies.
• Established network within the Italian financial services and trading community.
• Proven experience in business development, partnerships or sales in financial services or online trading, with a track record of acquiring clients and growing partner networks.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to assess partner performance and identify trends.
• Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to marketing and distributing trading products and managing partner activity.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition, revenue growth and market expansion across the Italian market.
• Develop strategic partnerships and expand our Introducing Broker (IB) and Affiliate network.
• Acquire high-value traders and strengthen Eightcap's brand presence in Italy.
• Deliver on revenue targets and manage partner performance.
• Negotiate successfully and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
