Job summary

mYngle, a leader in distance language training, seeks a Sales Development Representative to pass leads to Business Developers and grow the European B2B market. You will engage HR and L&D managers, qualify prospects, and book meetings with Account Executives while working remotely.

You will be part of a remote team, with a focus on measurable results, clear communication, and a proactive approach to expansion across Western Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling or SDR work.
• Strong communication skills on the phone and email.
• Self-driven with measurable results and goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting through calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Engage HR and Training/L&D Managers across Europe.
• Qualify prospects based on pain points, needs, and buying readiness.
• Book meetings with Account Executives and maintain pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to refine messaging and targeting.
• Become an expert in mYngle’s value proposition and ICP.
