Job summary

Volta Software is hiring an Enterprise BDR to own outbound prospecting in a defined territory of 100 named companies in the Italian wholesale-distribution market. You will qualify leads and feed Enterprise Account Executives’ pipeline with high-quality opportunities.

This high-accountability role requires 1–3 years in B2B sales at a tech company, multi-channel outreach, and strong CRM discipline. Italian market fluency and English (B2+) team language are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, SDR or BDR roles in tech.
• Experience with outbound, multi-channel prospecting and lead qualification.
• Ability to generate meetings through consultative conversations.
• CRM proficiency including accurate pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers across 100 named accounts in Lombardy.
• Qualify leads based on ICP, needs, budget and timing.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Generate interest and lead discovery meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with Founders and Italian team on market strategy.
