Job summary

Baoli EMEA, part of the KION Group, seeks a dynamic Dealer Manager to oversee European markets. You will nurture and expand our network of independent dealers, enabling them to grow Baoli forklift sales without direct end-customer engagement.

Travel within Europe is expected. Fluent English and Italian are required, with strong relationship building and strategic sales planning. The role offers a growth-focused environment in a supportive, open team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dealer management or equivalent within the material handling sector.
• Degree in a technical or commercial field or equivalent industry experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage dealer networks across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with the dealer network across Europe.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new dealers to expand market coverage.
• Track dealer sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with dealers to set and achieve sales targets.
• Provide training on Baoli products and support marketing efforts.
