A global leader in green energy solutions is seeking an ESS Service Products Sales Engineer in Rovigo. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and providing sales forecasts. Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with support functions to generate demand and convert leads.
  • Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Track regional performance metrics and utilize CRM for sales activities.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and hardware teams. Provide field feedback for product development. Lead and motivate sales teams, set KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology fields such as power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  2. Strong decision-making skills, capable of quick and accurate decisions in complex or urgent situations.
  3. Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market.
  4. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Good communication skills.
  5. Ability to accept overseas business trips. Overseas work experience is preferred.
