Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with support functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
- Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Track regional performance metrics and utilize CRM for sales activities and data management.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and Hardware teams to align sales efforts. Provide field feedback for product and service improvements. Lead and mentor sales team members, set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle complex situations and urgent issues.
- Some work experience and understanding of the new energy market.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, and ability to promote collaboration. Willingness to travel abroad; overseas work experience is preferred.
