• Strong background in B2B enterprise SaaS and multi-stakeholder cycles.

• Own end-to-end relationship for assigned accounts and develop multi-year strategic plans.
• Map current-state processes and design transformation roadmaps delivering measurable value.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities, forecast revenue, and grow pipeline.
• Lead GTM efforts for new products and AI-enabled capabilities with customers.
• Deliver demos, proofs-of-concept, and tailored prototypes using customer data.
• Create ROI narratives and lead executive workshops to accelerate decisions.
• Navigate complex negotiations across pricing and cloud revenue models.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams.
