Pega is seeking a senior Client Executive in Lombardia to lead enterprise software sales engagements for AI-enabled transformations. You will develop relationships with C-level executives, expand strategic accounts, and close multi-million dollar deals.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate client challenges into measurable outcomes, shaping Pega’s GTM and product direction while navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced market.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, AI, workflow or platform sales.
• Proven success leading and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Proven success hunting and prospecting into large, multi-complex environments.

• Lead a cross-functional Client Growth team across the enterprise sales cycle.
• Open new buying centers via proactive hunting within strategic accounts, adapt and own deal strategy end to end.
• Story-tell connecting business challenges to clear, measurable outcomes.
• Orchestrate and influence internal cross functional teams as well as co-sell via ecosystem partners.
