Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a dedicated technical and business lead for strategic Italian Financial Services accounts. You partner with Account Executives to shape account strategy and convert complex challenges into differentiated, value-led solutions across Agentforce, Data 360, Financial Services Cloud, Service, Sales, Slack, MuleSoft and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting or architecture in Financial Services.
• Proven record leading technical strategy on large enterprise deals.
• Deep knowledge of CRM and digital transformation in banking/insurance/wealth Mgmt.
• Strong grasp of generative and agentic AI, data unification, integration and security.
• Executive presence, storytelling and value-selling skills.
• Experience coaching or mentoring peers.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical win strategy for complex multi-cloud deals and RFPs.
• Co-own account plans with Account Executives and shape strategy.
• Design end-to-end architectures and deliver tailored demos/ PoCs.
• Engage executives in Italian and English; build business cases and ROI narratives.
• Mentor SEs and contribute to enablement and playbooks.
