Job summary

H-FARM Summer Academy seeks a proactive, customer-oriented professional to support families from initial inquiry through enrollment, on a fixed-term maternity cover. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Experience in customer service, admissions, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English (C1+).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide e-mail and phone support to families throughout the customer journey, from inquiry to post-enrollment.
• Manage and collect leads using Zoho CRM and Shopify.
• Oversee enrollment-related administrative and back-office processes.
• Verify registration documents and monitor payment status with timely follow-ups.
• Promote programs through campus tours, Open Days, and events.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor performance against targets.
• Support Marketing with surveys and customer satisfaction analysis.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience for participants and families.
