FH Collective Academy is seeking a remote customer support specialist fluent in Italian to join our international team. The role is fully remote from Greece with a comprehensive relocation package and paid training from day one.

You will handle Italian-speaking inquiries via phone, email, and chat, work 5 days a week with rotating shifts between 08:00–00:00, and collaborate across a multicultural environment while earning a gross salary of €1,045 per month before bonuses, plus a performance

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team.
