H-FARM International School in Venice (Venice, IT) is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Assistant to join our IT team. This hands-on, user-facing role combines technical tasks with strong people skills to help students, teachers and staff.

The ideal candidate provides first-level IT support, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, and assists with multimedia equipment for classes and events. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and fluency in English (B2/C1) are essential.

Mansioni

• Provide first-level IT support to students, teachers and staff, both remotely and in person.
• Receive, assess and resolve basic IT requests, escalating more complex issues when necessary.
• Support users with hardware, software, connectivity and access-related issues.
• Set up and configure IT devices according to company standards.
• Manage and update support requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Assist with hardware and software inventory and general IT administration.
• Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of school IT equipment, including printers, projectors, TVs and other classroom devices.
• Assist the IT team with day-to-day activities, projects and other tasks where support is required.
• Follow IT security and data protection guidelines and contribute to maintaining a safe and reliable IT environment.
