FH Collective - Academy is seeking a proactive Italian-speaking customer support specialist for a fully remote role based in Greece, with complete relocation support. The position offers paid training and a competitive salary, plus a performance bonus and a structured compensation package.

You will handle Italian-language inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate data entry and high customer satisfaction. Shifts are rotated across 08:00–00:00, with 5 days/week.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English – B2+ for training and internal comms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team.

Responsabilités
