A leader in green energy solutions is seeking an Electrical Site Engineer in Milan. The role includes conducting site surveys, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to electrical designs in solar park construction. Candidates should have a BSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering, experience in solar power systems, and fluency in both English and Italian. This position offers the chance to contribute to innovative energy projects while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Competenze

• In-depth knowledge of solar power systems, electrical design, and relevant codes and standards.
• Proven track record (2-5 years) in the construction of solar parks is considered an advantage.
• Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings is essential.

Mansioni

• Conduct pre-condition site surveys.
• Set up and establish the site with the support of the HSE site manager.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the installation team.
• Ensure correct implementation of electrical drawings.
• Supervise subcontractors' schedule and works.
• Report any deviations to the project manager.
• Assist the team with construction flow and timetable.

Electrical Site Engineer

Your role will encompass :

• Pre-condition site surveys
• Initial site setup and establishment (supported by the HSE site manager)
• Provide technical support and guidance to the installation team and other project members
• Ensure correct implementation of electrical drawings by the main subcontractor
• Supervise subcontractors schedule and works
• Report to the project manager any deviations from the PoW or scope by the subcontractors
• Assist the team with the construction flow and timetable

What you bring to the role :

• BSc / MEng in Electrical Engineering. MSc in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering is considered an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of solar power systems, electrical design, and relevant codes and standards.
