This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director Regional Sales in Italy. In this role, you will lead and grow a high‑performing sales organization across multiple countries in the MED region, including Israel, Turkey, the Balkans, and Malta. You will be responsible for shaping regional go‑to‑market strategies, driving new business acquisition, and expanding existing customer relationships. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience while achieving ambitious revenue and ARR targets. The role combines strategic leadership, hands‑on engagement with key accounts, and the development of disciplined, data‑driven sales processes. You will influence regional market presence while mentoring and inspiring your team to deliver results in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Accountabilities
  • Build and execute a regional sales strategy, driving bookings, ARR growth, and market expansion.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, modeling high‑activity, field‑focused sales behavior.
  • Acquire new logos and manage complex, high‑value accounts, ensuring consistent pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, customer success, product, engineering, and operations to align regional sales execution with company objectives.
  • Establish and enforce structured sales processes and methodologies to ensure accountability, repeatability, and performance tracking.
  • Develop executive‑level relationships with key clients, positioning the company as a strategic partner and uncovering expansion opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data, forecast performance, and adjust regional plans to optimize outcomes and market penetration.
