The Role

As Director of Hospitality Operations, you will lead Guild Living’s operational performance across Italy, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial excellence.

This is a hands‑on executive leadership role, ideal for a Director of Operations, Hotel General Manager, or Hospitality Leader with experience in managing multi‑site or mixed‑use wellness and lifestyle destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Guild Living’s Italian communities, ensuring brand consistency, profitability, and service excellence.
• Oversee daily operations across luxury short‑stay retreats and residential living communities.
• Lead and develop high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, guest focus, and operational excellence.
• Design and implement systems, SOPs, and service standards to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Manage P&L performance, budgets, and KPIs, reporting directly to the Guild Living Global Board.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders — investors, local authorities, partners, and collaborators.
• Support pre‑opening planning, recruitment, and on‑site launch execution for new destinations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to align guest experience, wellness programs, and brand storytelling.

About You

You are an experienced Hospitality Director, Cluster General Manager, or Operations Executive with a proven track record in luxury hotels, resorts, senior living, or wellness hospitality.

You bring:

• Fluency in Italian and English
• Strategic acumen and hands‑on operational leadership
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience in multi‑site and/or pre‑opening operations
• Passion for design, wellness, and lifestyle‑led hospitality

Details

Contract: Full‑time executive appointment (or consultancy)

Working hours: Flexible, hybrid, with travel across Italy

Remuneration: Competitive executive package (to be negotiated)
