This role requires 8–15 years of experience in solutions, product, or technical consulting, with a focus on AI or automation. Responsibilities include leading AI strategy, ensuring profit, and driving growth by engaging stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid working model and requires travel 1–2 times a month, with fluency in Italian and English necessary.

👉 Lead the company’s AI strategy and help bring Shop Circle’s AI-first vision to life.

👉 Take ownership of project profitability and ensure measurable financial and operational impact. 👉 Play a key role in driving company growth - meeting with investors and supporting new acquisitions.

You’re the right fit if:

✅ You have 8–15 years of experience in solutions, product, or technical consulting, ideally with a focus on AI or automation.

✅ You combine business acumen with data-driven decision-making.

✅ You communicate effectively across tech and business audiences.

✅ You’re fluent in both Italian and English.

✈️ Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month is a must.
