A leading fitness technology firm is seeking a detail-oriented Digital & Customer Success Specialist based in Italy. This position involves guiding customers through onboarding, enhancing their experience with the Technogym Digital Ecosystem, and driving product adoption. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in digital sales, excellent English proficiency, and strong relationship management skills. This role promotes a proactive and customer-centric approach to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Competenze

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales or a related field.
  • Excellent English proficiency and strong knowledge of digital products.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis.
  • Demonstrated project management and goal orientation abilities.
