Your Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of a global digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads
• Continuously optimize the corporate website in terms of usability, design, functionality and search engine optimization (SEO)
• Manage and further develop all digital communication channels
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Affairs to shape and implement the social media strategy
• Plan, create and coordinate target group-specific content in cooperation with internal departments and external partners
• Evaluate digital marketing initiatives based on defined KPIs and relevant analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Social Media Insights)
• Oversee and ensure the quality of work delivered by external service providers, such as agencies, photographers and video producers
• Co-responsible for the digital marketing budget, ensuring continuous performance monitoring and ROI-driven optimization
• Work in close alignment with Corporate Affairs, Sales, and Product Marketing to ensure a consistent brand and communication strategy

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Previous professional experience in a similar role in the field of digital marketing
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating external agencies
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator) is an advantage
• A solid technical understanding is beneficial
• Excellent knowledge of English; Italian and/or German is an advantage
