A leading cybersecurity firm is expanding its presence in Italy and seeks a Principal Talent Consultant to serve as the onsite cybersecurity expert for enterprise clients. You will conduct security assessments and support incident responses while advising stakeholders on security strategies. A strong IT background is required, with an emphasis on incident response and cloud security knowledge. This full-time role offers a chance to work hands-on with customers and make a significant impact in cybersecurity.

Competenze

• Strong grounding in IT and networking systems.

🔍 What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the onsite cybersecurity expert for major enterprise clients
• Conducting security assessments, audits, and vulnerability analysis
• Supporting incident response and guiding customers through threat investigations
• Leveraging advanced threat intelligence to identify risks and improve defences
• Advising senior stakeholders on best practices and security strategy
• Providing hands‑on support across on‑prem and cloud environments
• Enhancing the customer’s security posture through continuous improvement

🛠 What we’re looking for:

• Strong grounding in IT and networking systems
• Experience with security assessments, audits, and vulnerability management
• Solid understanding of incident response methodologies
• Working knowledge of threat intelligence and common attack vectors
• Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security and other core security tech
• Prior customer‑facing or consultancy/outsourcing experience
• Cloud security knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP or hybrid)
• Strong communication, conflict management, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in IT, networking, or cybersecurity roles
