A leading hospitality technology provider in Mestre is seeking a Customer Implementation Specialist to facilitate the successful activation of their product suite. This role involves conducting training sessions with clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding process, requiring strong analytical and communication skills alongside a background in B2B technology or hospitality. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Italian and English. The position requires office presence 2 or 3 days per week with remote work flexibility.

As a Customer Implementation Specialist, your role is to ensure the successful activation of the D-EDGE product suite by following established guidelines and SLAs, while delivering engaging training sessions to customers. Acting as the first point of contact after the Sales Manager, you understand new hotels’ needs and provide them with the most suitable services.
