Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the vision and strategy for the Corporate Division in alignment with TEAM LEWIS's global objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities within the corporate sector and drive new business initiatives.
• Ensure the division delivers high-quality, innovative, and effective communication solutions.
• Client Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for key corporate clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
• Oversee the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns (media relations, crisis management, thought leadership, etc.).
• Lead client presentations, pitches, and strategic planning sessions.
• Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of PR and communications professionals.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and professional growth.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
• Lead the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and pitch presentations.
• Collaborate with the business development team to expand the agency's client base.
• Financial & Operational Management: Set and manage divisional budgets, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, reporting regularly to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and industry regulations.
