A global supply chain solutions provider in Settala, Italy is seeking a Quality Assurance specialist. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Quality Management, managing documentation related to audits, and promoting a quality culture within the organization. A degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or related fields, and proficiency in English and Italian are required.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities of the role
• It supports the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management
• Gxp-compliant and ISO-compliant system
• Supporting the preparation of documentation and audits for Authorities (Ofias) and clients
• Supporting the Qualified Person, the Responsible Person and the QA Manager in quality system related activities
• Interaction and collaboration with warehouse and planning departments
• Managing the administrative aspects of the structure related to the Quality System (e.g. archiving)
• Promoting a culture of "quality" within the company

Requirements

• Degree in CTF, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering;
• Previous experience in a regulated environment and / or related roles will be considered a plus
• high knowledge of English and Italian;
• Curious and analytical attitude, propensity for continuous improvement, innovation and teamwork.
• Ability to prioritise decisions
• Able to work on deadlines
