Job Description:

The Construction System Implementation Engineer at Tecnimont SpA, part of the Maire Tecnimont Group, is responsible for assisting in defining, implementing, and deploying Construction Systems to manage construction processes effectively. The role involves acting as an interface with ICT and other Construction Department functions to identify needs, develop, and implement systems for both the Home Office and Site environments.

Key responsibilities include supporting colleagues in system usage, training deployment at both office and site, analyzing interface management between construction systems and other Tecnimont systems (e.g., Marian, ERP, MileMate!), and assisting Site Managers during system deployment and training activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Information Technology
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Willingness to undertake periodic international missions
• Fluent in English; proficiency will be tested
• Excellent communication, management, and organizational skills
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high complexity
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Knowledge of construction management, HSE, quality, estimating/proposal, and subcontracting activities; Oil & Gas experience is a plus
