Compliance Office has the group responsibility for three compliance areas : Antitrust (compliance with competition law), Anti-corruption (compliance with corruption and bribery law), and Money Laundering (AML) .

The Compliance Office within Group Function (GF) Legal Affairs & Compliance develops and maintains Ericsson’s ethics and compliance program. It also supports compliance teams in the Market Areas or operational units, which are responsible for supporting and supervising the execution of the program in all operating units and legal entities within their countries of responsibility.

What you will do

  • Support Ericsson’s Third-Party Management program;
  • Lead due diligence activities on third parties, including reviewing assessments, identifying red flags, proposing mitigation measures, and drafting related reports. Perform third-party compliance risk assessments and ongoing monitoring;
  • Support Business Partner Review Boards (BPRBs) at Group and / or Market level. Present reports and act as liaison as needed;
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders related to compliance demands, including external providers;
  • Collect and assess due diligence material, conduct interviews, and contribute to onsite third-party audits;
  • Draft compliance-related reports and contribute to risk mitigation strategies;
  • Ensure proper documentation of risk assessments and mitigation plans;
  • Conduct transaction monitoring and testing, reviewing transactional documentation;
  • Maintain understanding of business activities, laws, and regulations. Conduct training and provide updates on third-party risks;
  • Perform other activities as assigned.

You will bring

  • University degree suitable for compliance;
  • 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, consulting, or corporate intelligence;
  • Experience with third-party due diligence service providers is an advantage;
  • Experience in drafting risk assessments and compliance reports;
  • Experience with monitorships is preferable;
  • International experience and cultural awareness are a plus;
  • Independent, goal-oriented, systematic working style;
  • High integrity aligned with Ericsson values; empathetic and willing to listen;
