As our new Commercial Support Representative at Hempel, you will have the unique opportunity to support an international team based in Denmark, Benelux, France, Croatia, and Italy, reporting directly to our Senior Sales Manager for the region. You will develop your full potential by collaborating with cross-functional teams and receiving comprehensive onboarding and training.

Are you ready to break boundaries and achieve more together? Here are your key tasks for this role:

  1. Providing technical and product-related support for our customers.
  2. Preparing and sending specifications and technical / commercial quotations.
  3. Assisting with the study of customer tender documents, preparing submission documents in alignment with sales, and conducting regular reviews of project status in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
  4. Acting as a local ambassador of commercial tools like CRM, CPQ, SHAPE, and Power BI.
  5. Offering project management support, including coordinating forecast data and financial analysis.
  6. Filling and submitting technical complaints.
