What you’ll do
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with business partners, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues with a win-win mindset.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, from preparing tailored commercial offers, leading negotiations, to managing the relationships.
  • Execute regular store visits, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to boost distribution and consumption.
  • Manage coffee machine installations, ensure operational standards.
  • Organize coffee tastings, activations, and promotional events to elevate the coffee experience and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline order management and customer support.
  • Coordinate with local CCH sales teams to support the 24 / 7 beverage portfolio strategy development.

  • You negotiate contracts, ensure visibility and availability of the products from our portfolio, activate the trade marketing calendar and execute merchandising standards to prepare the outlets for consumers
  • You are managing our assets on the market and in customer’s outlets
  • You use sales tools to report and ensure the quality of stores
