The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities

• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Familiar with the capital market, responsible for capital market communication, investor relations and market value management
• Responsible for all major information disclosure and activities of the Group, including but not limited to the group's performance conference, shareholders' meeting, board meeting, etc., to greatly enhance the Group's visibility in the domestic and capital market.
• Develop and implement corporate financing strategies to ensure that corporate capital needs meet business needs.
• Establish a sound financial operation management process system, responsible for the group's global cash flow management, operating cost management, capital, tax, accounting and reporting, optimize the financial control system at home and abroad, and ensure the effectiveness of daily operations of the financial team
• MUST: FLUENT IN GERMAN, with relevant working experience in German-speaking regions.
