Richemont's Chloé Maison seeks a Stylist to welcome guests and serve as a trusted advisor within the brand family.

You will contribute to CRM targets by implementing personalized campaigns and using all tools to complete CRM tasks within set timelines, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Required are 1–2 years in retail, fluency in Italian and English, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Our Stylists are the ambassadors of the Maison, in charge of welcoming every guest into the Chloé family. They are a trustworthy advisor to clients and reliable partners for the Maison.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Ensures every client is welcome and well taken care of, taking pride in developing long-term relationships

• Is aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them

• Implements personalized reach-out campaigns and utilizes all tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe

• Offers excellent customer service and improve individual business performance

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• 1/2 years of previous experience in retail sales and operations

• Fluent in Italian and English. Any third language is considered a plus

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
