A leading insurance entity based in Buccinasco is seeking an experienced individual for a finance role to oversee monthly closures, regulatory reporting, and manage financial risks. The successful candidate should have a degree in Economics and at least 5 years of experience in financial audit or accounting within the insurance sector. Strong communication skills in English are essential, and familiarity with IFRS17 is preferred. This role entails leading a team of 15 professionals and ensuring compliance with fiscal responsibilities.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years experience in financial Audit or accounting department of an Insurance company.
• Solid knowledge of financial statements in insurance, banking, or financial services sectors.
• Understanding of insurance sector regulations and fiscal matters.

Mansioni

• Perform monthly closure for two branches (French Gaap) accurately and on time.
• Conduct regulatory and fiscal reporting for two branches (Italian Gaap).
• Manage the relations with banks and fiscal consultants.

The CFO monitors and controls all the activities in the area Finance including general and analytical accounting, management control, fiscal, treasury and reporting. Defines technical standards and rules management and organizational function to ensure the accuracy of accounting and compliance with deadlines.

• Perform the monthly closure for the 2 branches (French Gaap) with good quality precision and on time
• Performs the regulatory and fiscal reporting for the 2 branches (Italian Gaap)
• Right understanding of IFRS17 results
• Perform controlling and budgeting activities
• Find the right instruments to mitigate the operational and financial risks
• Manage the relations with banks, fiscal consultant, reinsurer and other financial and accounting counterpart
• Treasury and bank account management
• Management of actuarial team (Life – Non life)
• Management of HR specialist
• Management of a team of 15 persons
