A leading biotechnology firm in Italy is seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth in the Cell and Gene Therapy market. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business development, particularly within the contract research sector, and will excel in building relationships and closing high-value deals. This position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to manage complex negotiations across various stakeholders, with a focus on enhancing the company's market presence.

Competenze

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in contract research for cell therapies.
  • Proven record of closing complex high-value deals.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Mansioni

  • Drive market development and revenue growth in the CGT space.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with biotech and pharma partners.
  • Lead negotiations primarily for service agreements.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
