Competenze

Job Description

Hitachi Rail seeks an enthusiastic, self-motivated TEAM LEADER to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should handle a range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Cagliari, Italy.

Accountabilities

• Coordinate service and retrofit activities related to rail vehicle maintenance, focusing on continuous improvement in cost, time, and quality.
• Manage maintenance documentation, ensuring proper use of tools and equipment for service activities.
• Promote safety at maintenance locations by ensuring compliance with procedures and reporting non-conformities.
• Lead and support team resources during shifts (6/7 hours).

Required Skills / Knowledge

• Experience in maintenance activities, preferably in the railroad industry.
• ANSF certifications (COCS 30) for working on train safety organs (preferred).

Education / Qualifications

• High school diploma, preferably as a Technical Expert in Mechanical, Computer, or Electronic fields.

Languages

• Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken).
