What You’ll Do

• Design innovative technical solutions for mechanical elevator components.
• Create precise 3D models and technical drawings using CREO.
• Develop and maintain 3D CAD methodologies to ensure efficient and consistent design practices across projects.
• Define and optimize the CAD–CAM dataflow, enabling seamless integration between design and manufacturing processes.
• Stay up to date with CAD software advancements, continuously refining internal strategies and tools to align with industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex 3D models used in CAD–CAM production, ensuring high-quality outputs and resolving technical issues that may impact manufacturing.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, including troubleshooting and onboarding support.

• Educational background as a Designer or equivalent.
