In questo ruolo, contribuirai alla gestione dell'approvvigionamento e svilupperai relazioni strategiche con i fornitori. Se possiedi una laurea in ingegneria, un forte spirito di iniziativa e una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, questa è un'opportunità imperdibile per un percorso di crescita nel procurement.

Everyone gets to push their potential to the full.* ***Discover Extraordinary\* Every Day.*****The role**As a **Buyer Internship of Indirect categories** (professional services, capital goods and technical areas as Maintenance/MRO), you will play a key role in the transformation of a Procurement team with the ambition to be the Best in Class. Yes, the journey can be challenging, yet we are supported and empowered to perform, we are trusted to be accountable and responsible for our decisions. **The impact you’ll have:*** You will contribute to manage the procurement of Indirect categories (professional services, capital goods and technical areas) at Group Level, being involved in the commodity strategy definition with a specific focus in the sourcing execution including order entry.* You will foster long-term partnerships with suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews, negotiations and quality management.* You will maintain effective relationships and communication with internal key stakeholders in all functions.* Progressively, you will prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Global Commodity Manager.* You will prepare and analyze performance, risk and sustainability reports for business meetings.* You will conduct comparative analysis about suppliers’ capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness.* You will support the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with our business and ESG targets.**What you’ll bring to the team:*** Degree in a Technical field (Engineering preferred).* Passion and interest in the Procurement area.* Negotiation and cost-benefit analysis skills.* Analytical approach and project management skills.* Drive and initiative, high energy and ability to adapt to changing environments.* Eagerness to work in a team and to cooperate across departments in an international environment.* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).* High proficiency in Italian and English (nice to have Spanish/Portuguese).**What you can expect from our selection process**Interview with the HR Business Partner, Global Commodity Manager and Procurement Director.**Based in**: Verona, Italy***Discover Extraordinary\** Every Day.***We are happy to make any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process to accommodate your needs.
