Open Position : Business Process Analyst

To strengthen our international team, we are seeking a Business Process Analyst . In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing , mapping and optimizing business processes , working closely with various departments to enhance efficiency , collaboration and digitalization — with a particular focus on Atlassian tools .

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and map business processes , identifying areas for improvement;
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and communication ;
• Use Atlassian tools ( Jira , Confluence , Bitbucket , etc.) to support digital transformation ;
• Promote Agile and DevOps methodologies;
• Provide analysis and consulting support to various business areas.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role;
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools ( Jira , Confluence , Bitbucket , etc.);
• Experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ;

• Fluency in English .

Nice to have : German language skills.
