A solar technology company is seeking a business development professional to enhance sales channels and client relationships in the Solar PV sector. The ideal candidate should have a college degree, over five years of experience in business development, and a solid understanding of Solar PV products. Proficiency in both local and English communication is essential. This role is based in Genova, Italy, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make business development plans according to sales strategy from inverter BU, develop sales channels, and accomplish sales targets.
2. Develop key accounts in the country, and maintain good client relationships.
3. Deeply understand clients' needs, market & products trends, and competitors business status in the country.
4. In coordination with the marketing department, promote company brand and products together with country distribution agencies.
5. Other work assigned by BU leaders.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications

1. College degree or above.
2. Proficient in both local and English language communication.
3. Good knowledge of Solar PV or PV inverters.
4. 5+ years’ work experience of domestic business development in Solar PV industry.
5. Strong service attitude, with good communication skills both in and out of the company.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, active, careful, hardworking with good team work spirit.
