Techint Engineering & Construction, a leading international contractor, is seeking a Business Development Manager – Engineering and PMC Services for its Milan office to support its growth plans.

This position reports to the BD Senior Manager.

Main duties and responsibilities:
  1. Understand market trends based on projected clients’ needs and market drivers
  2. Set and execute business development plans aligned with company strategy
  3. Identify and develop quality opportunities with both existing and prospective customers
  4. Manage relations with accounts, new clients, and potential partners
  5. Identify innovative approaches to increase market share and geographical footprint
  6. Support strategic definitions and annual business planning processes
  7. Perform proposal management activities and assist in preparing proposals as required
Essential requirements:
  1. Degree in a technical discipline
  2. At least 10 years’ experience in an international EPC, technical consulting, or energy company
  3. Proven track record of commercial successes
  4. Ability to analyze potential markets/clients and develop successful business development plans
  5. In-depth knowledge of markets and customers in the Oil & Gas, Power, Energy Transition, and Industrial sectors
  6. Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus
