We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Analyst (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

You will have an outstanding opportunity to work directly with the Direction Team and top management on the key company initiatives. and hands-on general problem solvers who take ownership of multiple projects and deliver business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of various processes and products.

Your role in BizAway

• Building and optimizing scalable processes to support the company's growth;
• Contributing to and executing key company initiatives;
• Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience.

Your Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience (having worked in the Travel Industry is a plus)
• Successful track record to effectively lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Result-oriented, respecting deadlines
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach, problem solver
• Ability to manage and facilitate relationships with suppliers
• Ability to work under pressure and cross functions and cultures
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
• Assertive, adaptable, and creative
• Dynamic and performance-driven
• Fluent in Italian and English, Spanish is a plus

We are also interested in

• Digital experience;
• Project management skills (GANTT definition, elaboration of post-launch analysis, knowledge of project management tools and techniques…);
• PMI certification (is a plus).
