Artemest is a company specialized in Italian craftsmanship and contemporary design with over 1,000 of Italy’s finest artisans and brands. Founded in 2015 by the shared vision of CEO Marco Credendino and Creative Director Ippolita Rostagno, Artemest mission is to share the beauty and uniqueness of Italian craftsmanship with the world.

We are looking for a high-potential junior Business Analyst to work closely with our Chief Operating Officer (COO) on a broad range of strategic and analytical projects. You will be part of the Operations team with the opportunity to have visibility across all departments in Artemest and contribute directly to key decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for setting up, maintaining and updating reporting systems (Salesforce, Redash…) to ensure accurate and timely insights.
  • Support the COO in day-to-day operations by collecting, analyzing, and reporting key business data.
  • Develop business reports and documentation, dashboards, presentations, and related materials.
  • Support the Operations team in process mapping, process analysis, process improvement, and KPI tracking initiatives with a strong focus on data analysis and data management.
  • Cooperate with internal teams to implement initiatives and document best practices
  • Conduct data analysis across key company areas to support operational and business decisions.
  • Analyze recurring customer/supplier issues and enhance the customer experience with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support to other teams as needed.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, or a highly analytical background.
  • 1-2 years of experience with structured operational processes (order management, supply chain, logistics) or post-sales operations and operating systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel, and ability to query and manage databases using various languages/tools.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Ability to independently extract datasets, analyze operational data and interpret KPIs.
  • Good understanding of data structures and data quality challenge.
  • Passion for data, strong problem-solving skills, and hand-on mindset.
  • Highly organized, data-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Aptitude for identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Fluent in English.
