A leading consumer goods company is seeking a Brand Manager for the TENA brand in Milan. This role involves implementing the marketing strategy, managing brand P/L, and leading various brand activation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a university degree and at least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on team collaboration and data analysis skills.

Competenze

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a marketing role, preferably in FMCG.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proactive in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Responsible for TENA brand P/L and brand-building initiatives.

Brand Manager TENA

We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager for our TENA Brand in Legnano (Milan), reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager TENA.

About the Role

Support the implementation of a Marketing Strategy for TENA Brand to meet established sales or market share targets.

Responsibilities
  • Local Markets brand owner, overall responsible of Brand P/L, brand building and profitable market share development
  • Leads annual Brand Plans: owns brand A&P and defines brand activation touch points in line with Global Guidance; responsibility for sufficiency and accuracy of A&P allocation & monitoring
  • Responsible of marketing local implementation, usage of global material, reduction of non-working in markets, maximization of Digital & Paid Media
  • Leads Brand & Innovation Campaign Activation, tracking and corrective actions; for Product Innovation is responsible of achieving the business case and leads and survives all phases including Phase In/ Phase Out, distribution and brand activation
  • Owns Brand Assortment, Product Management and Pricing in line with Global Guidance; drives Assortment initiatives together with Global Partners (SC, GPM, GBIS, PMI)
  • Expert in capturing Consumers and Customers Insights
  • Provides feedback to the Global Brand Strategy
  • Responsible for the Media Plan Strategy
Requirements
  • University Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a similar academic background
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a marketing role, background from the FMCG sector is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Media knowledge
  • Familiarity with Excel and Nielsen for Data Analysis
  • Team Collaboration and good communication skills
  • Proactivity in leading multiple projects at the same time
