LONGi Solar is seeking a results-driven BESS C&I Sales Manager to drive regional opportunities and hit sales targets in Southern Europe. You will build relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs and system integrators, and translate customer needs into compelling BESS solutions.

You will work closely with Product, Technical Solution, Service and Supply Chain teams, maintain accurate forecasts, and travel within the region as needed. Fluent English and local language are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, technical sales or business development experience in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.
• Experience in C&I BESS sales is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience working with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators.
• Track record of developing customers and closing commercial opportunities.

Mansioni

• Develop BESS C&I sales opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs and C&I customers.
• Develop and manage local sales channels and support partner sell-in and sell-out activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable BESS solutions.
• Discuss key technical topics including battery systems, PCS, BMS and EMS.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation and order closing.
• Coordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams.
• Provide market, customer and competitor feedback to support product and pricing strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
