BESS C&I Technical Sales Lead

LONGi Solar seeks a senior sales professional to develop BESS C&I opportunities across Europe, driving regional targets and managing distributors and channel partners. You will cultivate relationships with system integrators, EPCs, and key customers to grow the C&I business.

The role requires a strong technical understanding of BESS, including battery systems, PCS, BMS and EMS, and the ability to translate customer needs into optimized storage solutions across the full sales cycle.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, technical sales or business development experience in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.
• Experience in C&I BESS sales is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience working with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators.
• Track record of developing customers and closing commercial opportunities.

Mansioni

• Develop BESS C&I sales opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs and C&I customers.
• Develop and manage local sales channels and support partner sell-in and sell-out activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable BESS solutions.
• Discuss key technical topics including battery systems, PCS, BMS, EMS, system sizing and application scenarios.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation and order closing.
• Coordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams.
• Provide market, customer and competitor feedback to support product and pricing strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
