LONGi Solar is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive BESS C&I opportunities across the region. You will build and maintain channel relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and close orders while meeting regional targets.

The role requires strong technical understanding of energy storage systems, plus proven ability to develop customers and achieve commercial results. Italian location preferred with regional travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, technical sales or business development in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.
• Experience in C&I BESS sales is strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop BESS C&I sales opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs and C&I customers.
• Develop and manage local sales channels and support partner sell-in and sell-out activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable BESS solutions.
• Discuss key technical topics including battery systems, PCS, BMS, EMS, sizing and applications.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation and order closing.
• Coordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams.
• Provide market, customer and competitor feedback to support pricing strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
